Turning a corner ....

Within the last ten days we received 8 brand new homes, what a great feeling !
You realize you’ve turned a huge corner in your progression to turn a park around when 8
new homes arrive in such a short span of time, three were sold before they ever arrived.
You can just feel the energy and excitement in the residents as well as the perspective buyers, a positive change is in the air and everyone is excited. This is what its all about. The positive energy resonates throughout the park, with tenants wanting to add skirting to their older homes and wanting to have their homes power washed as they become caught up in the desire to be part of the change that is taking place right before their eyes. This is a wonderful time to be an entrepreneur, you can’t anticipate times like this, you can only stand back, experience it, and enjoy it.
