Finding and buying homes to rehab, another sometimes very challenging part of the process, which includes the additional expenses of moving and setting up the home before the rehab can begin. Finding the most cost effective places to buy the many different kinds of supplies needed for the rehab, which range from skirting materials, vinyl siding, carpeting, and everything else you could possibly need to complete the job.
