Tax Returns, Means Opportunities ....

As many of you know this time of year is prime time for selling, people are getting their income tax returns and have money available for down payments. During the years I was doing Lonnie deals I always ran ads this time of year to get peoples attention and plant the idea of owning their home in their minds. Some of the ads included lines such as,

* Why rent when you can buy with owner financing, use your tax return to buy a 3 bdrm 2 bath mobile home.

* Use your tax return as a down payment on a 3 bdrm 2 bath mobile home, easy terms.

* Use your tax return as a down payment, down payment and monthly payments, gets you in a 3 bdrm 2 bath mobile home.

However you decide to word your ad is up to you, but don’t miss the opportunity this time of year holds for selling homes, run ads, hand out flyers, use bandit signs, whatever you can think of to get the attention of the buyers who are out there looking for a home of their own. For many people this is the only time they have the cash available for down payments on homes and cars. I was always able to sell some Lonnie deals quickly during this time of year. Take advantage of it, I always did and it worked for me.
