The desired result ....

Roughly 60 days ago I sent two letters out canceling the month to month lot leases on two family’s homes due to on going problems at these particular lots. I anticipated an improvement in the area where these residents resided in the park when they eventually left, but nothing could prepare me for the actual result. When these residents and their family members did actually leave I was shocked that two families could actually cause as much friction and turmoil as these two families did. When they left they took with them the juveniles that hung around the two properties from time to time, they took with them the drinking and loud music on the weekends and the complaints from the neighbors living near them. There is much more I could say about these people and the problems they caused, but I prefer to talk to you about the results because that’s what we are working toward, achieving the desired results.

An air of change has come over the park like I couldn’t have imagined. The park overall is much quieter, I have had more positive feedback from removing these two families than almost anything I’ve done. I have had residents tell me things like, now I can sleep at night, sirens and flashing red lights no longer wake me up in the middle of the night, my children aren’t afraid to go out and play, for fear of getting into a fight, non residents juveniles are no longer wandering around the park at night. It is really hard to put in words the difference it makes when you are able to eliminate the core trouble makers, it creates results that will truly surprise you.
