Another example ....





The same week we sold the three homes on a Friday, we had two used doublewides delivered, we started rehab on them almost immediately, one was a 3 bedroom and one was a 4 bedroom. We started on the three bedroom first, while working on the three bedroom, we had a space of time available to send our helper over to the four bedroom to remove the old carpeting in preparation for the new carpet to come.

The very next day we had a lady come in looking for a home, I showed her both homes and within ten minutes I had a $1500.00 binder on the four bedroom. This was before we had done anything to the home other than removing the carpet. In talking with this lady I found that she had family that lived near by, she had been watching the progress we had made with the park clean up, as well as the new and used homes we had brought in.

In my opinion this is another example of word of mouth advertising, I know from talking to this young woman she discussed the changes she saw going on with her family members and came to the decision she would now be comfortable buying a home and living here. She would not have felt this way six or seven months earlier. I can’t stress This point enough, word of mouth advertising and the positive image you present is critical to your success.
