Clayton Bank & Trust Equity Line !!

An equity line with Clayton Bank & Trust

What an exciting day it is, we just got word today that our equity line with Clayton Bank & Trust has been approved, my excitement level is through the roof.

How do you put into words all the planning, the hard work, the clean up, the people issues, tearing down old homes, the landscaping, and all the energy that has gone into this project for the past 16 months. From the beginning I’ve had a vision of what I wanted my first park to be, for the past 16 months I have been working toward that vision, realizing all along how critical it was for us to have funding in place so we would always have a variety of homes for buyers to choose from and the ability to maximize our sales.

The approximate cost of filling 90 spaces with doublewides could run upwards of one and a half million dollars, and a vision only takes you but so far, so even with a vision you still need a plan for access to funding to buy homes to fill the park, After all isn’t that what a turn around park is all about, putting homes on the lots, selling them and maximizing your lot rental income.

We have now closed another chapter in our efforts to take this park to the next level. We now have the funding in place to purchase what ever number of homes necessary to meet our sales potential. Of course now comes the job of finding those homes, which is another totally different challenge.
