The Announcement...
On last night’s nightly news it was announced that Wal-Mart had a $500,000.00 option on a piece of property located one mile down the road from us on a four lane highway our park borders. The piece of property happens to be a very run down mobile home park that the city wanted to condemn. Residents were given notice the day before the media announcement that they had to vacate the property by August 1st 2007.
This is great news for us as property owners, Wal Mart will bring jobs as well as help revitalize this side of town and other businesses are sure to follow them. In addition, we should gain some new residents as a result of the jobs being created, not to mention the increase in land value. As Greg Meade would say, I just love this business.

Will, it sounds as if you are asking questions related to starting a park from scratch, if that's the case I have not had that experience, or have I added new pads to the park, all the infra structure was in place when we purchased the park. I would be glad to answer any other guestions you might have related to in filling the park and the operations of the park.
