Networking Win/Win Update

It has now been just under 2 months since I posted the Networking Win / Win blog, since that time the 15 homes have arrived. I had the set up crew lined up so they could promptly start setting up the 15 homes, we then made a list of repairs for each and preceded to patch, paint, carpet, install entry stairs, air conditioner units, awnings and skirting to the homes and connect to the electric source to ready them for sale. While all this was being done I placed an ad in the local trading post type paper which is quite reasonable at $32.00 for 4 weeks, and have filled 6 of the 15 homes with new residents as of today.

Think for a moment about these numbers, it took less than 2 months to generate 6 new lot rents X $150.00 = $900.00 that's $900 in new lot rental income in less 2 months and we still have 9 homes to fill, when all 15 are filled we will have increased our lot rental income by $2250.00 a month.

Again I would like to remind you this situation was possible because of a networking relationship developed at one of the mobile home boot camps, I am doubly excited about this experiment because it has proven that there is a market for nice 2 bdrm homes in our area something I did not think would work. In addition to the 6 -2 bdrms we have placed people in 4 of our 3 bdrm doubles and singles during this same time frame.
