Love this sale!!!


Four weeks ago we took delivery of a brand new 16X70 Horton 3 bedroom 2 bath single wide, one of several park models they offer park owners. There has not been very much interest in this home which has caused me to wonder if I should order any more, one of the issues is the fact that it's only 70 feet long which causes the rooms to look small. If it were a 16X80 the 80 foot length would not only open up the bedrooms but also expand the living room and kitchen areas making it a more appealing and desirable home.

This week we showed it to a few perspective buyers and sold it, thank goodness for diversity what is unappealing to one person can be very appealing to another. The buyer absolutely loves this home, now let me tell you why I love this sale and wish I could cookie cutter this deal.

The buyer paid $2500.00 down, she then paid 6 months of lot rent in advance ( $900.00 ) and paid 6 months of house payments in advance ( $2101.74 ) for a total of $5501.74.
She could have made that all down payment but this is the way she wanted it so who am I to argue. Deals like this don't come along every day but when they do it sure brings a big smile to my face.
