Erik has been appraising non-residential property since 2002. He is based out of La Crosse, Wisconsin, with a primary geographic area of eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. As a commercial appraiser he has appraised a wide variety of commercial, retail, industrial, and multiple family properties, including mobile home parks.

"I grew up in a small town in southern Wisconsin. Growing up, I worked for one of the largest poultry farms in Wisconsin. During college I was a laborer for a large commercial building contractor. These jobs were a great experience; I learned a lot, especially the value of hard work and always striving to learn something new."
