Since 2002 Jim has been involved in the mobile home industry. First as a 'Lonnie' dealer buying, fixing and financing hundreds of mobile homes, and now as a park owner and operator. Jim's experience includes:

• Hundreds of 'Lonnie' deals and mentorship of many investors in this business
• Purchase and operation of mobile home parks- including parks with private utilities
• An active full time park investor with a understanding of the current market and trends
• State of the art technology usage to find parks, evaluate parks, track and manage every aspect of park ownership and the 'Lonnie' deals
