Does it go into effect right away?
- It can take the system up to 2 hours to recognize a new member to the GPO and to start giving them the discount on Lowes.com.
- If it takes longer, let us know.
Do they have an existing account?
- If yes and it is a personal account --> they can easily merge/transfer that over to a Business Account. They will get notified to transfer their account over when they try to create a new Business Account using the same email address.
- If no, they will have to create a free Business Account on Lowes.com which takes less than 2 minutes.
Dealing with a major project/Bulk quote:
- Loop myself and Joel ([email protected]) into a thread with them - we can project manage and ensure they are good to go and receive extra attention for delivery.
Does the discount apply at the register?
- As of right now, no. The discount only applies when they go to Lowes.com and place the order for pickup or delivery.
- I have confirmation from the Lowe’s team that ability to receive the discount at the register will be available in Q1 of 2025. We will let you know when that becomes active.
